Do you want to learn how to crochet, or improve your skills?
Classes range from beginner to advanced with everything in between. Learn to make soft toys, decorative mandalas and cosy winter hats. Available in individual sessions or as a group class, I offer one-off workshops as well as on-going courses.
All tools and materials will be provided in the price of the workshop. I am based in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, and happy to travel.
I understand the fear of starting something new, worrying that you are going to embarrass yourself in front of a group of strangers. But this is not school, there are no exams, and I encourage talking in class and bringing along tea/ coffee and snacks.
I welcome anyone from any background and ability, and am very patient and encouraging with anyone who comes along with self doubt. I have had people come along to classes convinced they are going to fail, however no-one has left one of my classes without learning the basics.

Crafting workshops are a popular activity for birthday parties, hen do’s, baby showers etc. I offer a range of fun and easy crafting workshops including bunting making, crochet blanket making, and pompom making.

I will introduce you to the beneficial aspects of the mindful side of crafting with yarn. The session will teach you how to create a crochet item, with the focus being on the process rather than the outcome. You will experience how to engage the senses, slow the mind, reduce anxiety in the moment and feel a sense of accomplishment.
